Two Lemons is a palette knife oil painting on a 6 x 6 inch canvas panel. Earlier this year, I did a series of small paintings of fruits and vegetables and had an absolute ball painting them, trying out new techniques. This is one of the best. Unframed.

My goal, whether painting or photographing, is to convey the richness of the landscape, the layers of color, the textures, the feeling of vastness and the transcendent feeling of being alone in the beauty of nature. I was a Realtor for 23 years, in Massachusetts and North Carolina. After retirement, I sold everything and became a full-time RVer for four years, traveling the US and a bit of Canada.
